How do I start? The first step is to get in touch. Let us know how we can best contact you via our quick and easy form.
-
How much does it cost?* Individual sessions are £65, unless you are a student of psychotherapy and counselling (proof required) then it will be £35 a session. * We require payments to be made 24 hours after your session. If we do not receive payment 24 hours after the session, you will be required to pay a fee of £20 and need to pay for the previous and subsequent session before the next session.
-
How long does each session last?Subsequent paid sessions are 50 minutes.
-
How many sessions will I need?Therapy isn’t an exact science and there isn’t a one system fits all. We will work with you to create a personalised plan on how to get you through the challenges you are facing.
-
How are the sessions conducted?I would prefer in-person, face-to-face sessions in North London; however, if this does not work with your availability or accessibility, we can consider online therapy. Our online therapy is accessible from all devices. We usually conduct our sessions via Phone or Zoom, but you can let us know your preference.
-
What if I need to cancel a session? If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, you will be required to provide a 48 hours’ notice and you will have the chance to rebook your session at a time that suits you. If you provide a notice 24 hours’ notice (up to 48 hours) before the session time, you will be charged a £20 fee. As I reserve the full 50 minutes for you, a less than 24-hour notice would result in the full session cost, due to schedule restrictions.
-
When do I pay for my session?I require payments to be made 24 hours after your session. If I do not receive payment 24 hours after, you will be required to pay a fee of £20 and need to pay for the previous and subsequent session prior to the next session.
-
How do I pay?I accept cash payments or bank transfers; the details will be provided via the initial contract.
-
Do you offer concessions?Yes, if you are a student of psychotherapy or counselling. Proof would be necessary prior to the first session.
